Dies geht über die Konsole wie es auch bei Windows Vista und 7 möglich war. Dazu starten sie eine *cmd.exe* mit Administratoren Rechten. 1. Öffnen sie das Startmenü und tippen sie einfach *cmd* ein. Anschließend klicken sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf *“Command Prompt”* und wählen *“Als Administrator starten”* aus [![image](https://blog.hansevision.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/image_thumb3.png?width=345&height=221&name=image_thumb3.png "image")](https://static.hsstatic.net/BlogImporterAssetsUI/ex/missing-image.png) 2. Nun geben sie in der Konsole den Befehl *slmgr.vbs –ipk key-key-key-key-key* ein. Sie erhalten in einem separaten Fenster eine Bestätigungsmeldung über den Erfolg. Anschließend aktivieren sie ihre Kopie von Windows 8 Enterprise mit dem Befehl *slmgr.vbs –ato* und erhalten auch hier wieder eine Bestätigungsmeldung ob ihre Aktion erfolgreich war.
